Wonderful welcome! Becca and the other instructors are focused, easy to follow! Always great workout.
NB is the best. Instructors line Sydney and Alli are encouraging while making sure form is correct. Modifications and challenges are offered throughout so that you can be at your best for that class. So friendly and so welcoming to all!
