Great Barre 50 class with Dana. VERY challenging but oh so rewarding!! 10 out of 10!!!!

NB is the best. Instructors line Sydney and Alli are encouraging while making sure form is correct. Modifications and challenges are offered throughout so that you can be at your best for that class. So friendly and so welcoming to all!
I love the classes, and I love being able to walk there.
