This Barre class is no joke! If your hips are tight or you don’t love your legs, come to this class (or any of their class offerings) because their instructors target those hips and his every muscle in your legs! You will leave tired but be pleased with the results in the weeks after! Such a sweet and welcoming place. Ellen was so patient and gentle as she guided me through my first class with her. 10/10 recommend!!
Highly recommend!!! My first class and I took Ashley’s sculpt + strength and it was an incredible workout!! Will be back very soon <3
