Such a welcoming atmosphere! I love taking the AM classes with Sofia. She knows how to get me energized! This place gives a great workout and a fun community◡̈
Everyone at NB is SO awesome and welcoming! Rikki, the owner, is so kind and remembered me after only two classes. Sofia's classes are my favorite because they are fun yet challenging, and she continues to push me each week by helping me with my form. The vibes inside the studio are awesome, and they have the cutest activewear for purchase!
Clear and encouraging instruction with upbeat music. Great full body workout! I'll be back!
This place is fantastic. Fantastic owner, instructors: the perfect exercise!
