Absolutely love this place. The instructors are welcoming and encouraging, and every class strikes the perfect balance between challenge and fun. The workouts are low impact but still make you feel the burn in all the right places. I always leave feeling stronger, more centered, and energized. The studio is clean, cozy, and has a great vibe. Whether you’re new to barre or already obsessed, you’ll feel right at home here. Highly recommend.
Best barre classes I’ve ever taken. Great music and instructors. I love the variety of classes and the option of ankle weights. I’ve taken many workout classes in the past and these by far are the best! I love how each barre 50 class has its own spin on moves compared to some other studios around. Highly recommend checking them out!

Nice that Trisha shows the movements at the beginning of class. She makes it go by quick and pushes you to keep going.
I love it here!!! All the instructors are amazing & so welcoming. I feel SO much stronger even after just a couple weeks worth of classes. Neighborhood barre has such a wonderful community vibe too. 10/10
