"Complete incompetence". didn't even know what electric hydraulic brakes are ,and drove the vehicle with the brakes on during an inspection. deserves less than 1 star rating. would not recommend "ever"

I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy. It is always an awkward situation when the owner of a vehicle that is for sale brings it in for a pre-purchase inspection at the request of a potential buyer and the inspection reveals more issues than the potential buyer is prepared to take on. RecommendedThis place is clean and organized. I was impressed by the professional way I was served. Estimate was spot on and they had my truck fixed (water pump replacement) in 24 hours. The 3 people I met were Chris, Brandy and Cal. I would strongly recommend this establishment. Another good sign was they work on the local fire Department vehicles too!

Great Place & Awesome people.
NAP got us in and out same day and fixed the heater in my Suburban. Nice and toasty once more. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions. Thanks guys.
Wish I had found them years ago. First off when I took my 73 Vw Bus in Cal came outside and actually listened to what problems I had and what I wanted. He then looked over my Bus, told me what they would do and what time frame I could expect. I came back a few days later and had my muffler and valves adjusted. Today was the second of such work being done. Carb rebuild along with the wonderful mechanics here have brought my Bus back from the dead.
