Starting yoga here has been a wonderful experience. I have learned so much from the owners and all the yoga instructors. Working on my yoga practice has brought unexpected changes to both my mind and body. I have learned about breathing and balance that has made a considerable impact in my stress level and flexibility. I started yoga just to try something new. I was surprised to find that it was beneficial to both my mind and body. My body shape has changed and I've become more flexible and calm. The owners are very knowledgeable and sincerely concerned for my wellbeing. The teachers are awesome! The studio has a real "family" feel. I just wish I had started sooner !
I was introduced to this place by my niece. I am so glad I gave it a shot. The people are wonderful and so caring about each and everyone that goes there. I have started Yoga and can tell a huge difference in how I feel. I'm also trying the accupuncture. So far it's been great. If you're looking for a way to start feeling better I would give this place a try. A special place right in Draper. You'll feel right at home.
Has been really wonderful for my family to come in for acupuncture and massage treatments. My teenage son started to develop migraine headaches. After a month of suffering and visiting 3 different doctors who suggested we medicate him. We tried acupuncture with Heather and after 2 visits the headaches were gone and have never returned. I am so glad that I discovered this little gem in Draper. I was looking for some place that I could receive acupuncture treatments.I was surprised to find a place close to home. I called to schedule an appointment and was pleasantly surprised to hear that I could come in the same day! I have since received several acupuncture treatments for the relief of pain. I have been having acupuncture there for several months. Heather is amazing. She really listens to you and has helped me with pain and sleep problems. I would recommend them to anyone.
