RecommendedI loved the original formula for Simply Free Comfrey Oil, but the new formula is wonderful! It's creamer, absorbs faster, and works better. One drop covers my thumb and eases the pain from too much computer time. Peggy
a great way to restore some of the flexibility that I used to have. I'm not motivated to get up and start stretching on my own. I'm sure that I am the norm in that regard. it feels great to work in a small group with an excellent instructor. It is not only beneficial to the body but it is extremely rewarding to the mind. I've also been experiencing low back pain which I have done everything to try to get rid of Acupuncture has definitely greatly reduced the pain. a great staff

Neighborhood acupuncture and Healing arts has been wonderful for me. Yoga with Lauren, Raedeen and Stefani has helped my hip and back pain and made me more functional in my mobility. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. Just got to use their skin care products as well and my skin feels amazing!
This place is wonderful! Stefani, Lauren and Raedeen are all patient and knowledgeable yoga instructors. The classes have helped my back pain immensely and also reduced my stress. I love the positive energy that flows through this studio. I’m so happy I found this neighborhood gem!
Melissa is my Fave! Her massages and cupping get out all my knots ! She takes her time!
