My experience with this clinic has been deeply frustrating, primarily due to a lack of communication and coordination among staff. Despite working in the same facility, providers and social workers appear disconnected—there is little to no collaboration, and in some cases, providers don’t even seem to understand the role or capabilities of the social workers on site. I'll be a patient of this clinic for 12 years as of this summer. I've seen so many staff come and go, but all really helpful and friendly. I'll never forget the og gang; my Dr. Rachel Beda, receptionists Kitty and Maany, nurses Jonathan and Shiela. I hope you guys stay safe wherever you are <3
