I'm sure they're a perfectly fine clinic - but I can't ever get through on the phone in under 45 minutes. "We are experiencing a higher than normal call volume" .. Nope, that's your normal call volume Neighborcare. No one should have to wait 45+ minutes just to schedule an appointment with their doctor.
This clinic is very unprofessional! They have a rude receptionist who doesn't know how to do a simple job of delegating phone calls to the proper channels and forget trying to get an answer from a So Called Care Team on Chart Online! I'm done with them!

The few other reviews had me a little nervous, but I had a great experience here. The receptionist, nurse, and Dr. Walhout were all compassionate and knowledgeable people.
I am a 65 year old disabled woman with osteoarthritis, which is very painful. I went to this clinic to get help with medication and a housing issue I was having. The "doctor," Janelle Walhout, made untrue and derogatory remarks on my medical chart about me when I refused the medication she suggested. Walhout is unprofessional and one of the worse doctors I have ever encountered. Do not go here! If I could give her zero stars I would.
