The most human lovable customer service I have ever encountered in my life.
Sorry to say this but neighborcare is getting worst day by day and their staff i don't know if they really want to work health care or not .They have good doctors but the rest.....specially the front desk lady i didn't ask her name since she was super rude and disrespectful she was sitting in the middle chair balck hair tall I think she wear eye glasses if I wasn't mistaken she need to go work somewhere health care is not for her .if I am a person believing those lawsuits staff and all this was a time i will put lawsuits aga... read more
Customer service is the worst , they don’t answer phones as well!
Don’t understand why yall are complaining. The staff are extremely nice and doing their best. I love care here and i’ve been enjoying going to them. The one complaint I have is the wait and the lack of parking but you’re going to get that at every doctors’ office. Highly recommend this place for care.
