My son had a 2:30 PM appointment and was instructed to arrive 15 minutes early, so we arrived at 2:00 PM. At 2:30 PM; when his appointment was supposed to start; I asked the staff and was finally informed that the doctor was running 20 minutes behind. This delay was known well before we arrived, yet no one bothered to notify us. This clinic at Lake City misled me when I made an appointment with my existing PCP of two years and did not inform me my insurance (Kaiser) was not accepted at that location. Consequently, my bill was sent to a collections agency who illegally continued to charge me even after the bill was in dispute, costing me more money, although I was on Medicaid and am considered a very low income resident. I do not recommend this place!
