Showed up 6 minutes late and my appointment was canceled even though I said I have intestinal sickness which could be serious. They said the doctor could not see me even though no one else was in the lobby, and they noted the doctor is also sick and grumpy. Not sure why doctor is working if sick. Also our appointment was not automatically reschedules we had to ask them to. Was supposed to see a PCP for a first time checkup. Too sick to go. Can't get ahold of anyone to reschedule. Gonna be marked no call no show because they don't have an accommodating system at all. On hold 3x 10 minutes at first and calling back after doing something else. Zero confidence in the care they provide.
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic, largely due to the front desk staff. I drove 35 minutes to get here for my appointment, only to be met with a very cold and unhelpful attitude from an older white-haired receptionist who wears glasses, along with another older Vietnamese receptionist who both enforced the 5-minute late policy with no compassion or flexibility.
