This is the most unprofessional medical office I have ever come across. The staff is beyond rude and insensitive. When promised by a nurse I would have pain medication sent to my pharmacy a week ago for my procedure, she never sent the request out. Now it’s a week later and the night before my appointment. I called numerous times in the past few days, yet nobody has approved of my medication being sent to my pharmacy.
