I am very impressed with NeighborCare both MyChart and at my first in-person visit at the clinic. Responsive MyChart messages and fast scheduling, then a very nice, clean, non-crowded clinic with friendly staff, an excellent provider who went overtime to address all of my concerns, and the lab saw me immediately.
These people needs know how answer their phone. I've been trying reach them make appointment for my mom for the last two days.
I have been going to the for over 20 years. I get the best care at this clinic. All the Doctors are great, they listen to you and determine what you need do to get better. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. I love coming there I will be treated with respect.
The doctors are spread out due to lack of employment pcps are pediatricians now without training. Infant no one has training on anything basically this is a place to go to be referred to actual doctors. Please do not follow any instructions given by these people. Just allow them to refer you which will take months but your health is worth it.
