The dentists are skilled and their teams are friendly. Location is easily accessible to me.
I was extremely nervous about going here since I haven’t seen a dentist in 30 years. I had a few teeth needing pulled. The staff are polite and professional but also efficient. My tooth extraction took less than 30 minutes and I didn’t feel a thing. Dr. Cheng was great. The first appointment was just X-rays and an exam. It is a little on the expensive side without insurance but they offer a payment plan and financial aid for low income patients.
I was a little nervous to come to my dental appointment because I hadn't been to this clinic before. The care was fantastic. All of the staff I interacted with created a kind, safe, respectful environment. No one was condescending or rude.
The nurses' attitude is absolutely terrible.
They're constantly overbooked but I think they try their best! Things are hard everywhere! I've been going here pretty close to 10 years now and they get your basic needs met! These guys and U.W. at Harborview are about the best places to go for care in town! Times are hard!
