I have been a patient here for years. Today I was literally 5 minutes late and was told by a front desk person I would have to be a walk in. I'm never late and usually early. I ran into bad traffic on the way over and since I'm in a lot of pain it isn't always easy to get around. I don't appreciate being treated like that especially as a long term patient. I can't say enough good about my provider. The front desk person needs to learn compassion and check a person's record.

From the admin to the nurses, mental health practitioners, doctors, techs and everyone in between the medical staff are stellar. Even when there are hiccups they do their best to help you out and get you seen although they are extremely busy. Fortunately/unfortunately one of the few health care experiences where I felt truly cared for. I have so much appreciation for these people! Never have used the dental.
Opaque and predatory billing practices that give the patient no awareness of how to navigate a simple visit without being charged for inexplicably large costs. For example, during a visit I asked my doctor about a slight cough. She listened to my breathing for literally 20 seconds and told me it was fine. Weeks later I was charged $130 for that 2-minute interaction in ADDITION to the cost for the rest of the visit. Their billing dept insisted this is normal and reasonable. Rude staff to top it off.
