I saw Craig Szela a couple years ago. He asked me seemingly out of nowhere, “Did you break your nose?” “…yeah…” “You can tell, it never heals back straight.” Guess how I broke my nose? My care team was OUTSTANDING! Jacob was super friendly and helped me fill out the paperwork. He explained next steps, schedule my next 2 appointments when I was leaving, got me on track, laughed at my dumb "pen with the flower" in my hair joke. What a welcome! Meanwhile, Patricia is a 20+ year professional nurse and gave me insight to the doctor's appointment. She made me laugh and I just wanted to hug her. I've been going there for 13 years and can't say enough great things about how wonderful they are. I even sent my best friend there and she raves about how great they are. Very professional and treat you with respect. We travel from Bellevue and won't go anywhere else.
I called to schedule and was on hold for 15 mins for her to answer n my phone was connected to my ear piece wasn’t working I switched it off to answer her literally 2 secs n she was like hello I can’t here you ok try your call again n hung up super quick! Really rude
