The storage was adequate and intact when picked up.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience, where after reserving a 3'x5' storage unit, and messaging twice and calling three times before I was even able to get ahold of someone to speak about moving in, I finally was able to pick up my key and was assigned a triangular storage unit, significantly smaller than I was supposed to have. I went back and forth with the employees, who insisted the triangle was 3x5 because 2 of the edges of the triangle were 3 feet and 5 feet, even though that would mean an area of 7.5 square feet... read more
