I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. During my pedicure, I constantly had to point out steps that were being skipped or not done properly. It felt like I was doing more supervising than relaxing, which completely defeats the purpose of paying for a service. The quality of work did not meet basic expectations, and the overall experience was frustrating rather than enjoyable. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst pedicures I’ve had.
