This was a great spot to store my car and the price is reasonable. Of course, the car was very dirty and had to be washed, but that is natural as the space is not entirely enclosed. Thank you and I will come back!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Neighbor and EQR. Despite having an active and paid parking agreement, my vehicle was towed without proper justification. At the time of the tow, my parking spot was fully active and in good standing. I have since been informed that I must pay $2,200 to retrieve my vehicle, which I believe is unjust and unreasonable given the circumstances.
