Old company sold the building without informing Neighbor customers. New company’s property management had no clue Neighbor members like myself were renting garage space and had been unable to provide access to the garage to me for the last 3 weeks despite charging me another month’s rent. Every inquiry has been met with an apology but no ETA for a solution.

Have been parking here for months. This is the second time access to building/garage stopped working without warning. I cannot access my car, which is a large hassle and feels really bad considering this is not what I pay my monthly fee for. Management only allows contact through an email which they have not replied to.

I have been parking here for almost a year. I was given access to the garage with the Brivo app. Yesterday I went to get my car, and my Brivo app no longer has access to the garage. I tried calling, emailing, no response. I have only been able to talk to an AI agent. I hate this timeline.

I pay monthly and get access through the Brivo app. Unfortunately, it seems that access can disappear without notice. Now I’m paying for parking without access to my car. I have tried calling the leasing office that originally set me up with access and am stuck talking with an ai agent instead of a human.
