This office is unprofessional and provides a lot of misinformation. I was scheduled for 5 vaccination shots for school and a physical assessment that I have a deadline to get finished. When I came in on a Thursday I was told the nurse that administers shots would not be in today and rescheduled for the following week. I’m not sure why they would have me come to the appointment for shots if the nurse wouldn’t be there. Great Doctor, my mother in law referred me to him and he actually listens to what you have to say, I didn't feel rushed, like at most doctor appointments. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

The front desk staff is the problem. They don’t give messages to the doctor. And the doctor was supposed to prescribe me another medication after my visit, it’s been two months now and still no medicine. I disagree with the staff having knowledge because they don’t listen to the patient. They just give you quick visit and send you out the door. Poor service. Being going over 6 years now.
I’ve been a patient for 19 years, they’ve always been so kind and professional. Dr. Nguyen is a really good knowledgeable Dr. I’ll recommend him. He’s a family physician and good with kids.
