I was looking for a place to park our 28’ travel trailer. For three weeks until we moved. Using the travel trailer method to move 1590 miles east. It’s already stressful. I rented a lot for my trailer for 3 days. I was very clear with the host that all I needed it for was 3 days. The host continues charging my credit card for 7 months! I was charged over 700.00 for 3 days rental. When I contacted Neighbor, they refused to help me and asked for proof I had told the host I only needed it 3 days. I sent them screenshots and they still refused to refund my money
What a sleazy organization..will hound you incessantly if you show interest in renting a storage space...then disappear after erroneously charging extra fees, even blocking my ability to log into my account. Not only am I ticked off by this unethical organization - so is the host I worked with! Avoid this slimeball company.
Yesterday, my father-in-law sent me a link that showed me some space rentals. Ixm a disabled vet now retired, so I'm on a VERY fixed income. I've been renting a 10X20 unit for 11 years, and that rent has gone through the roof. I found a space, well priced, so it will save me money and be closer to where I'm at.
