I was referred to this cleaning service by my landlord. I'm moving out and I wanted to clean the entire apartment before the final walkthrough. Emphasis on *entire*. So I call up Neide and explain that I'm moving out and I need a move out apartment cleaning. She explains that they clean everything, bathrooms, oven, fridge, 'top to bottom'. I have not had their services because of false advertising on their website. Their website says 99$ for 3 hours deep cleaning and on booking the lady Neide said its 99$ per hour of cleaning. So yeah I passed.
Neide and her team having been servicing my home for many years. They do a fantastic job - they are thorough, always timely and pleasant. I would highly recommend!
