Couldn’t get to meet the doctor because of your unprofessional front desk staff. After calling to make an appointment, I came in and realized for some weird reason my appointment wasn’t booked. Through no fault of mine. I had to do lots of working around to be able to make this appointment only to be turned back because someone at your office failed to their job. I have been going to Dr.Niebar for about 7 years for teeth cleaning. He is very professional and kind. The office is very clean and the staff friendly and professional. They submit my insurance for me. I would highly recommend this office for dental work in Fairbanks.
Such a great office. From front to back they all have been so kind and easy to talk to. Dr. Neibaur is so kind and knowledgeable. My 4 year old felt comfortable even. I would highly suggest this office!
