I got stuck in the mud and called to have my van pulled out. Took them over 24 hours to show up to pull my vehicle out. When they finally showed up, they did over $200 worth of frame damage by "yanking", not pulling my vehicle out of the mud. Took my van back to them twice for repairs. The Owner refused to repair the problem. I took my vehicle to the local Chevrolet Dealership and had it repaired for $228. I can not recommend that anyone use Nehring Auto & Towing. Steve

To not charge customers 25dollars for a uhaul cleaning when the uhaul has been cleaned beforehand this place is a joke and steals from the customer!! Let’s show them who really pays their bills!!!!Boycott Nehring
No one told me when calling about price and inquiring that a “$26 cleaning fee” would be added. It was conveniently added to our bill. She said she had to sweep, if it was that much of a mess I would have swept myself 1 and 2 if I would have known there was a fee I would have double checked but when quoted there was nothing about a cleaning FEE! Poor representation for AAA; was advised by AAA that service would be provided within an hour or sooner. Nehring's service location is within one mile of my location; after calling them direct and inquiring of their status, waited another 1/2 hour for service.
