Appointments are hard to reschedule, no one answers the phone, I received a text message to leave my name and question, I did this twice a few days before my scheduled appointment, and no one has returned my call. It is the day before my appointment and i received a text to confirm my appointment, I call the number and leave another voicemail to return my call, to reschedule the appointment, I do not want a no show fee but no one will return my call or even text me back. very frustrating. Waiting area not great. Procedure did not for two hours than was scheduled. New front office person was not great. Once called to the pre op area and to the procedure room, staff were very professional. CRNA great. PACU great. Dr Gabriel was great as always
This was the second time Dr. Gabriel did my colonoscopy and as before everything went off without a problem. All the people were very professional and friendly. If it needs to be done, DR. Gabriel is a good choice.
