This was honestly one of the worst medical office experiences I’ve ever had. I brought my two-year-old in and immediately noticed how dirty the office was—both the waiting room and the exam area we were briefly brought into were noticeably unclean. When we went back with the nurse, the room itself was also dirty, which was extremely concerning for a pediatric setting. Scam artist. This guy told us our four year old needed prescription glasses, and growing wouldn’t correct the issue. Even though our insurance was accepted for the appointment, he informed us that to buy the glasses from him, we had to pay $300 as he wouldn’t accept our insurance for the glasses. We went back for the check up, and he changed the story to glasses won’t help our child, she now needs surgery, which he will also be the doctor. I rarely leave reviews, but really feel like I need to in this case. Do not come here. We’ve been waiting for an hour and a half for a basic eye exam. This is my second time here and the first experience was horrible and the only Reason we came back is because there’s no other pediatric ophthalmologist near us. Furthermore, the office itself, and especially the waiting room is very dirty. It feels completely unsanitary. No doubt the doctor is very smart, but I feel that it’s very inefficiently run And doesn’t feel sanitary.
I loved this office I drive my daughter an hour to see him. The last few times its got progressively worse with waiting. Waiting over an hour to 2 hours to be seen is unacceptable. Plus add in the 2 hour commute whole day is shot!
