Don’t let the 4.8 fool you!!! If you feel like waiting 2+ hrs for a simple routine eye exam then this is your place. We get moved from 1 waiting room to the next and watch other patients who came after be seen before. We’ve had nothing but issues with this place the last 2 times we’ve come. Desk staff is always rude then proceeds to speak about you in Spanish. They finally painted the office but for a place that’s suppose to be completely accommodating children it is the most uninviting office for them. No signs on the walls... read more
We had such a wonderful experience at Dr Spencer's office! The staff was extremely helpful and responsive. They were able to squeeze us in when it was an emergency which we greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a pediatric eye doctor in Martin County, I'd highly recommend Dr Spencer.
We had such a wonderful experience at this office today! I brought all three of my kids, though only two had appointments, and from start to finish the visit was fantastic. The office has multiple waiting areas with toys, which made the time go by quickly and kept everyone happy. The lighting is calm and sensory-friendly, which made a huge difference for my children. Dark and dirty office. The wait time is terrible. The doctor is robotic and disengaged. They didnt use gloves when administering eye drops.
