I am a Greater Austin Allergy patient at the Round Rock office, and I have finally found the right group for me. My treatment plan has been successful in treating my allergies and especially my asthma, and the plan is quickly tweaked whenever it is needed. The atmosphere in the Round Rock office is friendly and comfortable with a very professional staff. I am treated as a real person and not just another in a long day of shots.
My first time experience with Greater Austin Allergy was great. I got there early but they don't open their doors at the Round Rock location until the exact time. Everyone was very helpful and informative. I thought the testing would take less time and discovered it was longer, so they hurried so I could get back to work. Tammy was very thorough and explained things clearly. She was very knowledgeable and answered my questions honestly. It was a good experience other than the tests were uncomfortable but luckily quick.
I cant say enough great things about the entire staff! The front desk staff is beyond informative and helpful, Kia and Lauren are the best! Brooke is detailed and caring. Kristen takes her time and really listens and makes a gameplan to solve any issues you may have!
