I tried multiple times to make an appointment. I called, no answer, placed on hold and never picked back up, or left a message with someone to be called back since they were busy, and nothing. I even filled out the contact us form online. I also emailed. I couldn't make the appointment through ZocDoc because it said the provider did not accept my insurance, but insurance confirmed they are in-network. I tried and nothing. So I'll be looking for another clinic.
Dr. Schultz is great. He is very knowledgeable and puts you at ease.
Great Service, friendly service, Lauren the clerk up front is always very attentive. The Ladies in the back are knowledgeable of their job and customers. I really appreciate the customer service at this location.
