This company has been subpar from the start. I am a landlord for multiple rentals myself and I know ho to properly run a property. We recently moved to the area and wanted to rent while we learned the area, and had to deal with Neha Realty at the rental unit. They are charging me $250 from my security deposit for something I didn’t do (cement on the outside hose spigot), which is ludicrous as we went through the owner for every repair.
