I came to Dr. Neha Gadaria’s for a highly important, time-sensitive eye issue—but I never had the opportunity to see the doctor due to an unhelpful and dismissive experience at the front desk. When I arrived, there were two receptionists: one was on the phone the whole time, barely acknowledging my presence, and quickly returned to her phone screen. I highly recommend Dr. Gadaria! She is incredibly thorough, knowledgable, and has great bedside manner. She went through detail by detail of next steps and how the process will be. I am so grateful to be her patient!
Excellent caring and compassionate professional makes sure you understand every detail of your procedure and postop care.. I do like the fact she's ontime and never rushes you. Highly recommend.
