I have found Dr. Bansal to be a thorough and knowledgeable physician who takes the time to explain and cover all the aspects of your care and treatment. As a physician myself, I trust her with my care and highly recommend her.
1st was great and thorough after that she completely ignores you or what is necessary for the insurance to approve your meds. I have spent the last 4 months yes I have proof begging the office to return my messages. I have been without my meds since March. When I finally did speak with her she still did things her way and not what the insurance wanted. I went back to my original doctor who I only left bc of distance. Closer is not better.
Doctor Bansal is incredible! She is kind and compassionate, with excellent communication skills. I like that she is so knowledgeable and makes sure I understand every step of my diagnosis and treatment. I feel my concerns are heard and she takes her time with appointments. I Highly recommend doctor Bansal.
