Dr. Negri travels to the nursing home where my parents live and provides foot care to patients there. The service has been great from what I can tell. As the family member who handles their accounts and manages their healthcare, it has been very frustrating. His secretary is outrageously, absurdly rude and unprofessional. For that reason alone, I would discontinue care if there was a suitable alternative. She is the only person I am able to interact with and is determined to be unhelpful.
Looks like he enjoys his job, fixed my problem and did not draw it out to multiple appt.
The secretary is very unprofessional and is not a doctor but tries to act like she is. Tried to tell me I didn't know what i was talking about and referred me to places that i had already been, acting like I was some sort of idiot. Then she abruptly ended the call. I'm surprised that she even used the word bye at the end of it.
