Dakota is the worst so called Realtor I have ever dealt with. He wouldn't get back in touch with me, many many times, and when a Sell fell through, I wanted absolutely NO Inspections on the house I was interested in and he told the Abstract Co differently. He is rude besides being a flat out liar. He rushes you when looking at houses amongst so many other things. It has been over 9 months and I still haven't gotten my Earnest Money back due to Dakota.
