I was frustrated with united rentals on my 2 previous jobs. I explained this when i ordered porta potties for my next job. JT is has been on my job now and services us every week. He's always on point, on time, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to have on my jobsite. I will request him by name every time. I appreciate all JT has done for my company. Superintendents like subs that do their jobs and we don't have to baby sit. Thank you

The first representative I talked to was very nice and helpful. But they sent the wrong forklift and they said it is the only forklift they have left. Our warehouse work had to be delayed. It would have been better for them if they notified me that they are out of forklift due to a high volume.

We have used United Rentals for years and couldn't be happier with not only the equipment, but the exceptional service you get from Layban Green, Rob Courtney and their team! Anything you need in regards to heavy construction equipment United has it!
