Pésimo servicio, la que atiende en el front desk todo el tiempo estuvo de malas y como si nos estuviera haciendo un favor, no nos explico las políticas, rentamos el viernes y no alcanzamos a regresar la renta el mismo día, lo regresamos hoy y nos cobró toda una semana. Asked about a scissor lift, told it’s there and first come first served. Morning of (next day) I called to verify it was on the lot before I drove down and was told they can’t rent it to me because it’s reserved multiple times with multiple customers. So I guess it is possible to reserve it.
