The woman have bad attitudes. Their prices change constantly. I will never go back there. Absolutely poor customer service. They need training on professionalism.
Not the best braiders . Braids were uneven. Not satisfied for the price I paid.
I got my hair done on 7/26/2025 and today is 08/20/2025 I have lost a total of 20 braids/twist. And not just in the back where my hair is short I am talk about the middle. And I am not bald headed I have more than enough to grip and twist. I said something because I bought that good hair from QVR and I paid $250 they attempted to add the braids back but literally 3 days later they are gone. Oh my goodness I could go on about this place forever! From the second, I got there they were super efficient. I had the same two girls working on my head the whole time, I felt very prioritized and it went by very quickly. I also LOVED how they were very intentional about how they were doing my hair to make sure it was the same if not better than the reference photo. I will come here from now on every time I wanna get my hair braided!! The best experience 🤍
