I got my hair washed, blow dried and flat ironed. It was really nice but when asked to trim the split ends, I agreed. I was very disappointed because more than my split ends got trimmed, about an inch of my healthy hair above the split ends was also cut off in the back!! My hair is natural, and it had grown a lot! This was my second time getting my hair done at this shop. The first time I visited this salon, I got a semi-color rinse, blow dry, and then flat ironed, my hair had so much bounce and body!
