The most helpful, kind, friendly financial organization I've ever had. They go out of the way to solve any issues, security alerts are great, really easy to take care of things online. I just love NEFCU!

I had some fraudulent activity on one of my cards. I received a text from NEFCU yesterday evening asking if I had made the charges on my card. All I had to do was text back "No" for them to create a case. Someone from the Fraud Department called me this morning to verify the claim, and they will have my new card ready before the end of today. I have to say that I'm super impressed that I'm able to have a brand new card within 24 hours of the incident - instead of waiting 7-10 business days for a new card to come in the mail.... read more
I’m so thankful for New England Federal Credit Union!!!! I received a text at 1:30 this morning asking if I was trying to make a purchase. I was not. I called this morning to cancel my debit card, so easy. I drove to the Williston branch at 10:15 and was issued a new debit card........................ with the option of keeping the same PIN number!!!!!!!!!!!!! This entire process was extremely easy and painless and I don’t have to go 7-10 days waiting for a new debit card to be sent through the mail. Thank You NEFCU
A *very* long time member here. Allowed to withdraw $ on overdrawn acct, then charged overdraft fee. No deposits taken at ATM to rescue my account. I've always been able to make deposits at the. ATM... Not anymore.
