If I could leave zero stars I would, Kathy is literally one of the worst women I have ever encountered and her business ethics are so subpar I’m not surprised to see she has other horrible reviews. This place does not follow state guidelines and their mediocre work is laughable at best. I had to contest the payment I gave them through my bank and when my bank sided with me this lady thought she could file it with collections and get her money that way. There could be a little more structure to the meetings, but they did in fact help. The billing and administration was handled by Kathy in the front office. She is always a delight to see and makes the atmosphere at a drug counseling center a little bit better just based on her attitude. All in all obviously since most of the people that attend these group sessions are being mandated to go there, I think that these sessions should be a little bit more affordable since we have no choice but to attend or face penalty of law.
