Excellent doctor.
Dr. Patel is my primary care physician and also my husband’s. We have been very satisfied with her care. She has a great bedside manner and seems genuinely interested in our care. She addresses any issue there may be, with appropriate referrals if needed. Highly recommend her.
Yesterday was my 3rd visit to Dr. Patel's office. Not only was I pleased, even more impressive was her entire office staff. After leaving the office an early morning phone message, Dr. Patel's nurse, Jenny, promptly returned my call. She listened to me describe my situation patiently, then asked me to come in to be seen right away. I would not recommend this doctor whatsoever. Had to fight my way to get testing and follow up was a nightmare. She also spent a total of 15 minutes but did not hear or acknowledge any of my issues. Find someone who cares, literally anyone else.
Dr. Patel is knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend her.
