Neesha Rodriquez of HomeSmart was our realtor to sell our house in Lathrop. She was very meticulous in preparing the property and paperwork. The home was posted on all the sellers’ listings and internet. We listed with her on a Thursday evening, she held an open house on the weekend. At the end of Sunday, we had 2 solid offers. We accepted the best offer and boom, done deal! She babysat the whole process through closing. Bravo Neesha for the excellent job! We would be willing to work with her again when needed.
