Totally unprofessional. I purchased firewood from them. Specifically asked if it was too wet or if it was ok. Tried starting my gas starting fireplace with 2 pieces. Those wouldn’t catch. I called them to ask if the wood was seasoned, and explained that I used 2 pieces, they wouldn’t catch with my gas starter. Please keep in mind that has constant fire on it.
