Whatever they can do to help – 24 hours everyday of the year, transferred a prescription that a major chain stopped getting me. I had to do nothing but go and pick it up. They were the best!

Guest Left in the Lurch – We rented a wheelchair for one of our hotel guests. Unfortunately, the one they sent us was broken. When we tried to call to get someone to help, their supply department was closed because they were late. When asked to speak to a manager, the representative said they could not be reached. We ended up having to go to ANOTHER source for a new wheelchair.

Reliable Place – Neergaard is one of the best pharmacies in Brooklyn, offering a wide selection of medical equipment for rent. They also stock a huge range of over-the-counter drugs. Whenever my son is in need of Pediacare, infants' acetaminophen, etc., I hop in the car and cruise over to Neergaard.
