They showed no concern for my health. For three months now, I have been trying to see a doctor, yet they refused to dispense my medication. It was a grave error; I am now suffering from complications and the consequences of their incompetence.
Horrible. They don't answer calls and don't respond back until months later. This doctor's schedule is 2 months out. They are nice a sweet when you finally get a call back, but simply make unacceptable excuses like "sorry, we are trying to catch up. Anyway..." Not personable at all. This place needs an office manager STAT.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Boddu for a few years now. Everything started out great, but the office has declined in a major way. I’ve been stood up at scheduled appointments. Most times, I now have to wait well over 45 minutes for a scheduled virtual appointment. When she’s on, Dr. Boddu is wonderful. She listens and provides solid advice. I’ve been trying to get a refill on my medication since January, I’ve received no callbacks, no communication after several email I’ve sent, they won’t answer their phone, and all I need is a prior authorization sent over and they can’t even do that. I can’t even reach anybody to make an appointment or discuss this with. I’m not sure what happened to the doctors office, last I heard they were extremely understand and apparently in month they haven’t heard anybody else.
