I’ve been seeing Dr. Boddu for a few years now. Everything started out great, but the office has declined in a major way. I’ve been stood up at scheduled appointments. Most times, I now have to wait well over 45 minutes for a scheduled virtual appointment. When she’s on, Dr. Boddu is wonderful. She listens and provides solid advice. She’ll let you know a staff member will contact you regarding any follow-ups, etc., and then, NOTHING. I try to give it a week before reaching out, only to still not receive a response. I’ve been trying to get a refill on my medication since January, I’ve received no callbacks, no communication after several email I’ve sent, they won’t answer their phone, and all I need is a prior authorization sent over and they can’t even do that. I can’t even reach anybody to make an appointment or discuss this with. I’m not sure what happened to the doctors office, last I heard they were extremely understand and apparently in month they haven’t heard anybody else. Dr Boddu is very kind and a great doctor 5/5. She will listen to all your concerns and she's extremely knowledgeable. The only problem is that there is a ton of miscommunication between charting. You often have to advocate for yourself, repeatedly reminding them about necessary labs, medication changes, or other instructions from the previous doctor visit which leads to a lot of waiting and back-and-forth while they verify information, which can sometimes feel like a struggle since they may also push back on it sometimes due... read more
I don’t know what happen this year but the communication as went down hill
Dr Boddu is very kind and professional. I feel that she goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of her patients. I love her and would recommend to anyone.
