I have been a patient of Dr. Jains for quite awhile. His staff has always done right by me. As in they all genuinely care and really work to get to the root of the pain issues. Every time I’m there Lorena and Nancy always make my day just by walking threw the door I get greeted with a smile the whole staff if great the nurses the doctors everyone is great if you have back pain come out and see them they will help out
My husband had a very positive experience with the pain management injection procedure. The front desk staff, clinic staff and the Vertex Anesthesia team was professional, efficient, and made him feel comfortable from start to finish.
