There is a certain level of skill in communication and research that makes a provider decent. Sadly enough, this provider has neither of those skills or abilities. Before even seeing a patient, the provider should be familiar with the specific history and exams of the patient. This provider was not. As mentioned, it was not the practicle application of research skills—if you can even call it research—that was the problem.
