I would definitely give them a zero star if I could. I purchased two top-of-the-line ADA toilets a couple of weeks apart. Going through two major bathroom remodels, which has been very stressful. We wanted the plumber to install the toilets and not the contractor so that we could make sure that they were installed properly. Today was the day we would finally have the toilets installed and be done with the two projects. I prefer Neenan over all other supply houses all courtes and are able to help with any parts or they point me in the right direction!
