Ren, at the Neenan Liberty location, WAS SO HELPFUL!!!! One of 5 Kohler Flush Mates systems stopped working and with a house full of 5 people, you need all of the bathrooms working as you can!!! I arrived wet with sweat and pouring down rain, and Ren greeting me with a smile and offered help. My plumber told me that I only need a little hexagon thing and it was an easy fix.
