I was always impressed by sales reps that could quote me a price for their products just by giving them the product number. But that was like 5 years ago yesterday the sales rep (not the same one)did not even know what the product was. Told me to email the product number, size and description & he would send it to their home office for a price and would take 3 days. I neeed the price now. His attitude was like "why you bothering me?" Maybe that was the janitor that happened to answer the phone after it rang for about 10 time... read more
