Dr. Malhotra is best Civil Surgeon. They have two locations San Jose and Milpitas. I went to both. Dr. Malhotra and her uscis clinic staff is nice, Their prices are very reasonable and do immigration medicals quickly. They helped with the same day appointment. Fast service. Highly recommend them.
Dr. Malhotra and staff helped me with a Proof of Life certificate supporting legal documents being sent to India. Great staff (esp. Vinod, the office manager) who took care of the matter in short order. Appointment was a breeze.
