Really listen to me and took time out and answered all my concerns and question and plus her staff all very professional, and respectful
I had a very bad experience with another doctor in our area, so I switched to Dr. Elisha. She gave me three treatment options for my issues, whereas the other doctor only ever gave me one. I was able to choose what felt best for ME. I am so much better now, and I appreciated her care and understanding. All the office nurses are really pleasant as well. Highly recommend.
Do not let this woman deliver your baby, I made the mistake of doing so and it resulted in me getting a vacuum extraction done that was absolutely not needed. She was suggesting during my labor, I get a C Section or vacuum extraction done which made me think it was needed for the safety of the baby, when in reality she was just trying to rush me so she could go back home. She neglected to tell me the real risks of the extraction, she told me the baby would maybe get a bruise on his head, but he got a giant blood filled blist... read more
Doc Elisha is great but her receptionist seems to always have an attitude. I get it is a busy job but don't give me an attitude if I didn't do so first.
Can't comment on Dr. Neely specifically, because my appointment that I waited 3 months for had to be rescheduled. No big deal. Then days before my rescheduled appointment they had to reschedule AGAIN. Strange, but I tried to be understanding. Well they just called AGAIN and my appointment needs to be RESCHEDULE AGAIN. Absolutely not. You have wasted enough of my time. 6 months of BS.
