Ok, so I first used Neel and his amazing folks about 15yrs ago when was just starting out. They were fantastic then and even better now. Nathan, just wrapped up fixing my mom's heater (new control board). They are super professional, keep things clean, prices are upfront and transparent so no surprises! Ive been using Neels Heating and Air for a couple years; for my parents house and for my own. Both for AC in the summer and the heat issues. Nathan came out to both residence.
