I scheduled this appointment as a first-time physical to establish care, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The visit lasted only about 15 minutes. The doctor did not introduce herself and immediately began going through questions in what felt like a rushed, checklist-style manner. I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Marpu. I’ve never felt rushed during my appointments & she’s been a wonderful source of compassion and support during a turbulent period in my medical history.

Stephanie the phone receptionist has the nastiest attitude ever. I’ve been going here since I was a teenager and she’s just progressively gotten worse. Not only does she CONSTANTLY “forget” to email me doctors notes she also frequently “forgets” to send over prescription refills. She is constantly talking over me. Just like this morning I was trying to explain something but she kept talking over me. Please get a new job if you’re going to treat your long term clients like this.
