Would be 5 stars but it really does take more work on your end to get them to respond to you. Once they do tho, they've always been incredibly helpful. In all honesty, I couldn't help but think that once they got your business, you were no longer on their "radar" - so you really need to put effort in calling, leaving messages, follow-up with emails ... and do it all over again until someone reaches you. Again, as mentioned above, once someone gets a hold of you, you are treated very, very well.

This firm has no communication. I made credit card payments for a year, truck payments for two and a half years. Never a missed payment! All I asked was that these two things were not to be part of the bankruptcy. Both were killed in the bankruptcy. Now that I'm trying to reestablish my credit this is really hurting me. There was no communication with Jennifer after I asked that these things be left alone. Beware!!

Got the Job Done Nice folks, easy process. Mr. Neeleman assured me that things would turn out all right, and he didn't let me down. I was unemployed, following a divorce and years of medical problems. Had massive debt and no way of paying it down. The Neeleman Law Group got my credit card debt and medical bills wiped out.
