I have been a patient for many many years. service and care has been outstanding. Always takes time to be thorough to understand any issues. Staff is top notch as well.
Wonderful practice! From the staff who answer the phone or greet you when you arrive, to Dr. H himself, you will not find a kinder more caring group. Dr. H always takes his time in talking with you as a patient, not making me feel rushed or dismissed; he's very caring and sincere. Appointments are never a problem to make as well. Highly recommend.
Do not use this Doctor. I've never been treated so rudely by a rep in any industry. We moved here in Jan to work at APG and looked for a PCP. We not only have the UHC Gold Plan, a permanent job here, an HSA account with 5K and a credit score over 800, etc. This was not good enough for this so called doctor to set up an appointment, because we have not yet purchased a home here yet (own 4 already). What kind of doctor is this? No problem, the next Dr cared about his patients and we got in.
Very satisfied with Dr H and have been going to him for several years!~ He cares about his patients and affords them the time needed to understand and address their concerns.
