Dr. Rao was professional, thorough and kind. She covered all the aspects regarding the procedure, explained the risks and benefits. She is a very pleasant person as well. She took the time to understand my concerns and answer my questions.
Dr Rao is the best. Very knowledgeable and does a terrific job of explaining in great detail your problem and possible solution. I highly recommend her
